Our Company

Red Starr Investments, LLC was founded in 2010 by Jared Starr and William Rukin who each bring a diverse background of experience as principal investors, developers, and operators within the real estate industry.  Initially focused on the distress caused by the Great Recession of 2008 and 2009, Red Starr has continued to find creative and compelling investments at all levels of the capital stack.

The Red Starr team is comprised of professionals in New York and New Jersey that provide in-house acquisitions, asset management, construction, sales, financing and property management expertise to all Red Starr projects.

The Principals of Red Starr have developed and acquired real estate through multiple vehicles ranging from hedge funds, to managed accounts, to private equity funds on behalf of institutions, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.
