Red Starr Investments, LLC was founded in 2010 by Jared Starr and William Rukin who each bring a diverse background of experience as principal investors, developers, and operators within the real estate industry.
Investment Criteria
Red Starr targets undervalued and often overlooked real estate investments. Where opportunity is hard to unearth, through persistence, hard work, and creativity, Red Starr has identified, structured, and executed on successful transactions; and that mentality and work ethic endures from deal sourcing through the sale of each Red Starr investment.
While some groups take a top-down approach to investing by focusing on a particular asset class, market or position in the capital structure, Red Starr instead invests based on the transaction characteristics of each deal.
